More than Beautiful

 

Have you seen a beauty today?

 One that could capture God's heart

That comfortably in her womb, He chose to lay. 

After the fall, which did God annoy

 All creation awaited her coming

 The second Eve and cause of our joy.

 In total submission she gave her Fiat

By faith and humility crushed the Serpent’s head

 And he forever before her falls flat.

 Noble Queen in her splendour 

 Most exalted; yet most humble

And in battles she comes terrible as a warrior. 

For mankind, she becomes a mother 

As was the will of her God-son on the cross

That we may confidently call him brother. 

Noble Queen of the Rosary, O Blessed Virgin Mary 

 Help me Love and honour you  as I ought 

For with you is assured victory

And by your help, the salvation of many.
